Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage special events, ensuring all culinary needs are met.
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs for menu planning.
  • Design menus and accurately estimate food requirements for execution.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
