Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Coordinate and manage special events, ensuring all culinary needs are met.
- Assess food portion sizes and associated costs for menu planning.
- Design menus and accurately estimate food requirements for execution.
- Order food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist with their development.
- Maintain detailed records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Dependable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent judgment and organizational skills.
- Reliable team player with effective time management abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Permanent position with full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Work language: English.
