Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Budds' Group of Companies. As a leading automotive dealership, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete repairs and services as per assigned repair orders, utilizing hand tools and specialized automotive repair equipment.
  • Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems using diagnostic tools.
  • Review work orders and discuss worth with service advisors.
  • Provide repair and servicing recommendations to service advisors and discuss parts availability with the parts department.
  • Utilize computer systems to punch on and off jobs and document repair progress and diagnoses.
  • Stay up-to-date on factory training, recall notices, service actions, and other manufacturer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Registered 310S technician or 3rd/4th year apprentice.
  • Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
