Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Master Mechanic Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.

Responsibilities:

* Review work orders and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time
* Road test motor vehicles to diagnose issues and identify areas for improvement
* Test automotive systems and components to determine the root cause of problems
* Estimate parts and labour costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
* Perform scheduled maintenance service to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan
* Coach and instruct apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
* Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate
* Valid driver's licence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
