Dean Group is seeking an experienced Executive to lead the Account Transfers Operations team in our Back Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of approximately 150 Representatives and providing guidance and management to the Team Leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Transfer Agent department by recommending process improvements and overseeing daily operations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and development
- Provide guidance and management to Team Leaders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mutual funds with extensive knowledge in Transfers and Processing
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Team Leader/Team Manager/Supervisor level within mutual funds, back office, and/or account transfers
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC (asset) completion
- Post-secondary education completion
