Daily Duties

Ideal Candidate Profile

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is preferred. Collaborates effectively with the Store Manager to execute strategies and ensure operational activities are completed to achieve desired results. Demonstrates a solid understanding of budget and inventory management. Assists in managing company assets and cash flow in accordance with corporate standards. Capable of operating with confidence and sound judgment under pressure, with effective prioritization skills.

Required Qualifications

A valid driver's license. Ability to lift weights between 30-50 lbs as necessary. A strong emphasis on safety - adherence to required personal protective equipment and work protocols is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with some management training is preferred.
