Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate budget reports and cost estimates to support business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards.

The primary language spoken in our restaurant is English.

Hours:

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
