Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

CEDA VENTURES LTD. - 1399058 BRITISH COLUMBIA LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
