Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Golden Bell Sub & Grill Vietnamese Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
