Fed IT Recruitment: Systems and Network Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Network Administrator to join our team at Fed IT, a leading recruitment firm specializing in IT recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of environments in accordance with current policies while maintaining monitoring tools. This includes contributing to technological projects, administering Intune or equivalent, and actively participating in the acquisition, implementation, and inventory management of network equipment and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the performance, availability, and security of environments in accordance with current policies while maintaining monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to technological projects as a member or project lead, as needed.
  • Administer Intune or equivalent, covering Windows image, collections, deployments, policy definition, technician training, etc.
  • Actively participate in the acquisition, implementation, and inventory management of network equipment and licenses.
  • Ensure the execution of backup copies and conduct failover tests on various servers.
  • Provide third-level support to users in a Microsoft environment.
  • Diagnose and resolve recurring issues requiring special attention.
  • Manage network access and security, including user accounts, permissions, and authentication.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST.
  • Contribute to the implementation of standards and processes applicable to the role (security, access, confidentiality, backups, changes, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards tracking network performance and quality, covering outages, flows, resource availability, security, etc.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a DEC in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Accumulating at least 10 years of experience in the field of information technology, with a primary expertise in server and network equipment administration.
  • Proficient in environments such as Windows Servers, Office 365, SCCM, Powershell, InTune, and VMWare.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and Linux servers.
  • Significant experience in multi-site environments.
  • Strong proficiency in local (LAN) and wide-area (WAN) networks, as well as telecommunications equipment.
  • Experience in using network management tools and network monitoring services.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in: Firewalls

Desirable Skills:

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, CCIE, etc.
  • Bilingual in written and spoken communication.
