Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Mucho Burrito, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and informing our business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
