As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your leadership will guide the housekeeping team in delivering personalized and attentive service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver a welcoming and personalized experience for all guests.
  • Oversee and mentor the housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain the overall safety and cleanliness of hotel facilities.
  • Organize and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Safeguard the privacy and security of guest belongings.
  • Contribute positively to guest experiences through exceptional service.
  • Update and manage housekeeping schedules and task assignments.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and sound judgment.
  • Encourage and implement positive changes within the housekeeping department.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enthusiastic and friendly team player.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products safely.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability for daytime shifts, including weekends.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in housekeeping.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
