Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the dining room service, ensuring exceptional customer experience and efficient meal service.
  • Oversee the housekeeping and laundry departments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping services, adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage employees and resources effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Completion of a food and beverage program or equivalent is an asset.
  • Courses in hospitality and management or equivalent are preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Ability to manage employees and resources effectively.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is an asset.
