We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Visiting Nurse in the Burk's Falls area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients in the community, working independently or in collaboration with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).
- Provide exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, including one-on-one care and virtual consultations.
- Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Perform other clinical duties as required, including administering medications and providing wound care.
