We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Guelph-Cambridge. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home care agency, coordinating staffing schedules, supervising operational teams, implementing workflow systems, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service Coordination: Ensure client service requests are fulfilled according to the Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan and client preferences.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Schedule, recruit, and manage staff to meet the needs of our clients.
- Workflow Systems: Implement and monitor workflow systems and control mechanisms to ensure efficient operations.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure job performance complies with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, and participate in agency quality improvement activities.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in staffing and operations or administrative field, with proven skills in organization, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Education: RPN is preferred.
- Fitness: Fit is the most important part of joining our organization. We are looking for someone who can support our clients and caregivers with kindness, compassion, and in an organized manner.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 annually, negotiable for the right candidate.
