Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Stephano's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
