Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to clients, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education on self-management techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document client progress and outcomes, using standardized assessment tools and outcome measures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of physiotherapy services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based settings.
- Specialized training or certifications in areas such as gerontology, pediatrics, or sports physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A competitive salary range of $73-$110 per visit.
