Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to clients, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education on self-management techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document client progress and outcomes, using standardized assessment tools and outcome measures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of physiotherapy services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based settings.
  • Specialized training or certifications in areas such as gerontology, pediatrics, or sports physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
