Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation support to clients of all ages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy care to clients in a home-based and clinic setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet clients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, observations, and reporting to identify changes in clients' behaviors and activities.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice.
  • Knowledge of principles of reflective practice.
  • Ability to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
