Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the engineering maintenance sector, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the local Maintenance Team and Manufacturing Engineer to enhance spare parts management.
- Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collect and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and key performance indicators to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Utilize CMMS D7i software tools to promote global standardization within maintenance operations.
- Partner with the local Maintenance team to ensure adherence to action plans and timelines, while continuously improving standards.
- Oversee the daily scheduling of predictive and preventative maintenance tasks for all manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Develop, implement, and uphold technical standards.
- Ensure compliance during IATF and local departmental audits related to all aspects of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably within the automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices for manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with legal requirements concerning the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMMS, and Minitab.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
