About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Montana's Jasper. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
    • Ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized before serving
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
    • Sanitize all kitchen equipment and utensils
    • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the dining room
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No formal education or experience required
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Personal Qualities
    • Reliability and punctuality
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
Working Conditions
