About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bijoux Birks. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
