The Executive Administrative Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities at Figure Tax Corporation. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide information to clients and stakeholders.
- Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate conferences and meetings.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide information to clients, ensuring a high level of service.
- Documentation: Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and manage contracts and other essential documents.
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Work Language: English.
Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
