Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our supplier relationships and ensuring that our contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our needs and expectations.
  • Manage and administer our contracts to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or contract law.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry or public sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with contract management software.
