Bombardier is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Records Coordinator to join our team at the Biggin Hill Service Center. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of aircraft technical records, supporting the certification process, and providing administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records for aircraft in work and previously worked, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations.
- Support the certification process by preparing and submitting Return to Service and Maintenance Statements, and coordinating with CAMO/Customer and Leads, B1, B2, and C-Certs.
- Provide administrative support to management, including clerical and logistical tasks, and ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Conduct internal procedural audits, including regularity and procedural training courses, to ensure quality operations and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and initiate department-wide mass communication for review by management prior to distribution.
- Experience supporting members of management, preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of operational processes and workflow for assigned area, including project management timelines.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, such as Word and Excel.
- Understanding of EASA regulations or aviation industry.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a team environment.
