Job Title: Customer Service Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Clerk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs, and provide information on product features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of home electronics and telephone or cellular phone products.
  • Ability to relocate and work in a variety of settings.
