About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Working Conditions
