Job Title: Directional Driller

At Trinity Communication Services Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Directional Driller to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned work while prioritizing safety and supervising junior technicians and labourers.
  • Perform directional drilling, conduit installation, and other related tasks.
  • Operate heavy equipment and power tools, including mini backhoes, trenchers, winches, compressors, and directional drills.
  • Use technical and diagnostic tools, such as cable locators and signal meters.
  • Work in restricted and tight spaces, and safely lift loads of 65 lbs.
  • Manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines to satisfy customer needs.
  • Prepare and complete necessary documentation for projects and timesheets.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario (G and A-Z) driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Defensive driving methods and adherence to company, IHSA, and Labor Canada standards.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and attendance at required safety training programs.
  • Identification of unsafe working conditions and participation in Health and Safety efforts.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, day, night, or weekends, with possible overnight stays.
