Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Business Technology engineering teams at Jobber. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will drive discovery and support delivery of in-product experiences, platform capabilities, and product integrations that drive critical value for our marketing, sales, and partnerships teams.
Key Responsibilities- Take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Team Product Owner for our in-house engineering teams, executing the product management workflow, backlog management, and participating in Scrum events.
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas, prioritizing building what matters to achieve our company's strategic goals and initiatives.
- Be responsible for cross-functional program management, driving project planning and execution, providing proactive transparency to stakeholders, and supporting teams to ensure timely delivery of their scope.
- Elevate the TPM team by educating, mentoring, and training team members across the company on product methodology and philosophy.
- Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
- A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value.
- Strong technical background enabling you to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems.
- Ability to effectively tailor messaging to the right audience, from executive-level through to direct teams.
