Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Acadia Commercial Interiors. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to relevant parties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.

The primary language of work is English.
