We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Space Planning Manager. As a key member of our Workplace and Real Estate team, you will play a critical role in creating and optimizing new and existing working environments in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement space planning strategies to meet the needs of our business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workplace solutions that enable staff to perform their best work
  • Project manage workplace improvement initiatives, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, including coaching, training, and performance management
  • Develop and manage budgets, including capital and operating expenses
  • Assess workspace infrastructure requirements and develop five-year opex and capex plans
  • Manage oversight of Workplace construction and decommissioning projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Project Management, or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience leading commercial construction and space planning projects, workplace operations, or closely related function
  • 10+ years of experience leading people, with a proven track record of successfully supervising, developing, and mentoring staff
  • Outstanding collaborator engagement skills, with experience partnering with procurement processing for construction, design, and furniture procurement suppliers
  • Detailed knowledge of building code regulations and safety codes, safety processes, and procedures
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects/tasks across various teams
  • Demonstrated successful change management planning and execution
