About You
We are looking for a people-oriented individual who is friendly, patient, and willing to help their colleagues. You should be flexible, able to adapt quickly to new situations, and have a strong sense of humor. As a strong communicator, you can explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. You have an eye for detail and are able to spot errors before they become a problem.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate our products and marketing materials into Spanish to support our expansion into new markets.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product demos for new team members.
- Record and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and provide internal feedback on how to improve our services.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify bugs and track feature requests.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events (up to 10% travel may be required).
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- At least 2 years of experience as a customer success specialist.
- Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.
- A positive and customer-centric mindset.
- An abundance of patience and empathy.
- Ability to share ideas and suggestions with the team.
