Bar Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at 3059308 Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Dartmouth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Provide expert recommendations on drink selections to enhance the customer experience.
- Train and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions, as well as maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons, ensuring timely and accurate service.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic setting.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
