Store Manager

Fergus Esso is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
