Position Overview

Join our team at Can Chi Grande Prairie Ltd as a dedicated Food and Beverage Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Payments: Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards, and room billings.
  • Menu Knowledge: Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to assist customers in their selections.
  • Order Management: Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Guest Assistance: Offer support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of experience.
  • Employment Type: This is a permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: The position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
