Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Red Rock Urban BBQ. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Work Environment

As a Server at Red Rock Urban BBQ, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure that customers receive excellent service.
