Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to provide exceptional client service and support to our Advisory Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in deepening relationships with existing clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail, while liaising with various departments as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, tax receipts, and account reporting, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounts, identifying opportunities to contact clients and manage key dates and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, maintaining complete and up-to-date client files within our systems.
  • Support the team in updating communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a high level of time management and organization.
  • Demonstrated exceptional client service skills, with the ability to provide professional, warm, and friendly interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
