Become an integral part of our innovative team, focusing on the implementation, enhancement, and support of business solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform.

As a Power Platform Specialist, your role will involve designing and supporting product implementations for various internal stakeholders. You will utilize Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, working collaboratively in an environment that encourages the exploration of new technologies and ideas.

This position is under the Power Platform/Dynamics team, which oversees ERP, CRM, and related business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Canvas Apps on the Power Platform to fulfill business needs and improve user engagement.
  • Assist in the administration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
  • Guide and support the Maker community while fostering the development of Power Champions.
  • Lead initiatives for Low-Code/No-Code adoption, empowering business users to automate, integrate, and create solutions throughout the organization.
  • Engage in workshops, gather requirements, and design effective solutions on the Power Platform.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in discussions with development teams and business users, conducting knowledge transfer and awareness sessions.
  • Design and develop solutions using Dynamics and Power Platform, incorporating various services and AI enhancements.
  • Participate in configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
  • A minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and Canvas Apps.
  • Proficient in Office 365/Microsoft 365 tools and customizations for Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Experience with API integration and business requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
