Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at LEFONG TRADING INC.
Job Description:The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters, and cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat. The successful candidate will also be responsible for wrapping and packaging prepared meats, removing bones from meat, cutting poultry into parts, grinding meats, and training meat cutters.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The Meat Cutter will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to perform physically demanding tasks. The successful candidate will also be required to have good hand-eye coordination.
