Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Mehome Real Estate Services Inc. as a key member of our business intelligence team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Predictive Models
Design and develop predictive models to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
Communicate Insights to StakeholdersEffectively communicate the results of data analysis to both business and technical stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Lead Data Science InitiativesLead data science initiatives to discover new insights and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Design and Develop DatabasesDesign and develop databases to store and manage large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
Operate Database Management SystemsOperate database management systems to analyze and manipulate data, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Research and Document Data RequirementsResearch and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules to ensure compliance and data governance.
Conduct Routine Statistical AnalysisConduct routine statistical analysis of data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Analyze and Interpret DataAnalyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Process Data for Basic AnalysesProcess data to conduct basic analyses of trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
SkillsStrong skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, including experience with machine learning, R, SQL, and Python.
Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
