Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Grand International Import & Export Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using business intelligence, cloud, project management software, database software, data analysis software, SQL, Python, and SAP.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in project implementation, information technology service delivery, business process management, business methods analysis, e-commerce, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, innovation, analytical, and proactive.
