Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Grand International Import & Export Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with clients to identify their requirements, documenting technical requirements, and preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify their requirements and document technical requirements
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
- Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in information systems business solutions
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence, cloud computing, project management software, database software, data analysis software, SQL, and Python
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a private company, corporation, or industry. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
