Senior Living Operations Manager

Optima Living is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our senior living communities in Alberta and BC. As a General Manager, Performance, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving resident experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-level strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with support services teams, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Lead talent management, performance evaluations, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting incidents, and participating in in-services
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, long-term care, or hospitality
- Experience in a retirement setting is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
