Job Title: Learning Solutions Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Solutions Business Partner to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that drive performance excellence in patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that meet the needs of our learners
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
  • Facilitate formal training for new and existing employees

Requirements:

  • Three to five years' experience in delivering learning solutions, facilitation, and/or design in a patient-centric environment
  • Regulated Health Professional preferred
  • Previous experience in applying adult learning principles
  • Previous experience facilitating the learning of technical learning programs, ideally within a healthcare environment
  • Proven excellent presentation and group facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated focus on providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our learners
