Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure Food Quality and Safety: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports as required.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with hot temperatures and odours. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
