Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Kin's Social. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 34 hours per week.
