Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that our food products meet our high standards.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
