Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage
- Recruit, train, and develop food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
