Creative Director Post Production

As a key member of the Sid Lee team, the Creative Director/Post Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the post-production department, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate closely with the Head of Production and Executive Producer to develop and implement post-production strategies.
- Mentor and guide post-production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality work.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the post-production department, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the post-production department is equipped with the latest tools and techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in post-production, with a strong background in creative direction and management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong knowledge of post-production software and technologies, including editing, visual effects, and color grading.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
