Alberta Garage Builders LTD is seeking a skilled Finance and Administration Director to lead our administrative services. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in overseeing administrative functions, managing financial resources, and guiding a dedicated team.
Qualifications- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Oversee the coordination of administrative functions
- Support the development of annual financial plans
- Organize, direct, and assess daily operational activities
- Guide and mentor staff involved in records management, finance, procurement, human resources, and other administrative tasks
- Manage and monitor budgets for various projects and operational needs
- Compile reports and presentations for management review regarding administrative operations
- Assist in the coordination and execution of financial audits
- Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fast-paced setting
- Ability to work under pressure
- Manage tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Handle a substantial workload
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Permanent position
- Fluent in English
- Standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week
