Job Summary

This role involves working closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
