About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor team activities to ensure effective execution of tasks and projects.
  • Assign and coordinate requests from internal and external partners, taking into account team members' responsibilities and capacity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with coordinators from other teams and partners to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field.
  • Four years of relevant experience in coordination, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking or a related industry is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software applications.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
